About C2 Solutions

C2 Solutions is a partnership of three entrepreneurial women who together bring decades of leadership, knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry, with our expertise being Behavioral Healthcare. We have a keen eye for managing quality, efficiency, and precision which has a proven track record for increasing revenue for several large behavioral health companies. With our diverse backgrounds and experience within the behavioral health field, the services we offer include: maximizing reimbursement, negotiating contracts, appropriately credentialing your facility and providers, assisting with accreditation and licensure, including audits, and offering clinical guidance to help maximize your revenues. Simply put, Behavioral health is what drives us.

Our team of two, made up of Tina Cartwright and Janna Aiken, began when we started working together in 1998. Since then, we added Hon Diep to our team in 2012. We have a proven track record of growing revenue for over 35 plus behavioral health care organizations, which includes both de novo projects and acquisitions. Our team had managed over 100 employees dedicated to the revenue cycle for one of the largest behavioral health care companies. We were also responsible for increasing revenue from 10 million to 300 million annually, while building customized billing software to maximize collections and harvest data. Data is the driver of being able to help an organization achieve growth and profitability. Let us close that data disconnection that so many companies have with their billing companies.

Meet Our Team

Tina Cartwright, M.Ed

Tina began working in the behavioral health field in 1988 with both adolescents and adults in an inpatient behavioral health setting. She later moved into case management followed by managed care. Her work in this area led to her becoming interested in grant writing and she met her husband as a result of this. The two have founded and owned many treatment programs for dual diagnosis clients, as well as a managed care company.
She has always been drawn to the operational side of treatment including writing, utilization review, insurance, contracts and compliance. She has years of experience in managing the “back office” for her own companies therefore allowing her to provide guidance and share her knowledge with other growing behavioral businesses. Outside of work, Tina has a love for cooking, reading a good book and college football. She enjoys spending time with her kids, husband and friends.

Hon Diep, MBA

Hon began working in managed care in 2010. She was top in her division for claims processing & review; setting the golden standard for her department. She transitioned from managed care to revenue cycle management in 2012 while completing her Masters of Business degree. Her array of experiences includes directing a team of over 100 employees responsible for billing/posting, accounts receivables, insurance credentialing and financial audits for both insurance companies and outside agencies. She has cultivated financial reporting and quality reviews around revenue cycle management to ensure accuracies and financial growth. Her strengths are taking on intricate projects and implementing seamless processes for better outcomes. During her time off, Hon loves to travel, hike, and spend time with her family. She loves any activities that get her outside.
